I have been looking for the solution of this problem for Bodhi 3, but without success. I have problem with waking up my Lenovo S12 as I switched from Bodhi 2.4 to Bodhi 3 RC2. Is all OK in your PC? I just can see switching colors on the screen.
Thanx for your help

Also, I'll try to fix it for 3.0 final, but for now, I'd just use something besides suspend. Change your acpi bindings and your battery settings to hibernate or shutdown instead of suspending for now.

Notebook: suspends well, but does not resume
Desktop : does not suspend neither. There is a message as you can see on the screenshot and nothing more happens.

I have installed Bodhi3 rc2 final over last testing version and I have to say resume issue have been solved on my desktop PC. Have you changed something in this matter in RC2 final? Unfortunatelly problem still persist on my notebook. As I wrote before, system suspends but does not resume. And I want to say, there was and still is another issue. I am not able to see my terminal window after pressing CTRL+ALT F1. It switches to screen with black&white dots like noise in old analog TVs. Maybe this and above mentioned issue is related to GPU but need to say there was no problem in Bodhi 2.4.

Regarding suspend/resume - look at /var/log/pm-suspend.log for any errors or find the last script that is invoked but freezes.
In that file was mentioned that vbetool is not installed. I just gave it a try and it works. I really apprieciate your help
