Getting errors on unable to access dpkg lock and then hanging on processing triggers for libc ...

Although I had an error trying to do the initial post-install system update, where eepdater hung on what to do about grub config. But it seemed to think it had finished. Then when I rebooted and tried to install Krita, I got the grub error again, but this time eepdater first gave me a dpkg command to run manually in-window, and then since the execute bar was open i was able to choose '1' for install maintainer grub config in the eepdater window. But krita still hung. Thought I was busted, but then I thought of trying to install something else, and inkscape installed fine. Using the extras image. I think theres a problem with the krita install script in appcenter.

What is the error message when you try to install krita from the command line?

Fair warning I have yet to validate all the packages on the AppCenter work on the beta. It is one of the last things I plan to do before we call things stable for 4.0.0

My mistake. Things are working today. Bodhi 3.2. Didn't know until too late that there was a v4 coming in hot. :P little rusty. Now if only I can remember how I made the printer work before in time for open mic...
