Hello

We are working on polishing the arc-dark theme. Syscon fix by Jeff has been implemented in BL 4.1 release. Yesterday I made a little fix as right mouse on shelf did not work. If you can see any more glitches, let us know here. We will try to fix it...

PS: The last fix will be released later. I will ask Jeff for making deb for us.

My 4 is running like a dream. I have also downloaded Vokoscreen, an app to record your desktop. I installed via the command line following the guide set out for Ubuntu. Vokoscreen downloads audio effortlessly and you simply "send" the download to your E mail. Bodhi,Osmo and Vokoscreen, what bliss. Thanks

Love 4.1.0-64 so far also, even got my parents using it, think it kinda scares them a bit though.

Here too, 4.1.0 64bit is a great release. So far no glitches.

Tested: Claws Mail, Palemoon, Geany, Gimp, Meld, Sqliteman, Arduino IDE, Python (2.7, pip, sqlite and pygame), Lighttpd with PHP, Minetest, Steam (Terraria runs nice) and KeePass2.

My mom still runs Bodhi 2.4, time to upgrade her laptop too.

Running...

Bodhi 4.2.0 64bit on a Lenovo 110s

Bodhi 4.1.0 Legacy on a Dell Latitude D505
Damn Small 4.4.10 on an old Compaq Armada 1590DT (48MB memory and 3GB harddisk and still usable for administration tasks)
A couple of Raspberry Pi 's,

Arduino' s

and MSX 1 and 2 computers

I have upgraded my wifes laptop too.

She uses Firefox, Thunderbird, Gimp, LibreOffice and RawTherapee.

For printing I had to install hplip and download the ppd file for the HP Deskjet 3057A.

It is not supported by default.

It all works fine.

I love hearing of Bodhi somehow making it onto partner's/friend's laptops/desktops - nice work!

My wife is easy going :)

She had some problems upgrading Linux Lite, so she was used to Linux, Bodhi was an easy step.

My moms laptop is an other story. She had Windows XP and was fine with it until friends "experts" messed up her laptop.

So I installed Bodhi on her Dell Latitude E6400 and none of her friends touched her laptop because it is alien to them.

Alien - ha!  That's awesome!  Linux is TERRIFYING (to windowz users)!

I'm hoping that in growing up with Linux in the house and a Raspberry Pi to play on that my kiddoes will be experts...time will tell!
