did someone ere on the forums recently get an asus zenbook?

i could have sworn that about 6-8 months ago someone bought a zenbook for about $1,200 - 1.300.  if so - what do you think of the zenbooks.

 

I am looking for the smaller 13.3" zenbook.  still have no cash yet - but there was something about it that caught my eye when i first seen it.  I also have heard good things about asus laptops.

I have one of those.  In fact I'm just in the process of testing Bohdi Linux on it.  Originally it had some sort of OS called Doors or something similar, but that has disappeared, and now it's all Linux in one form or another.  Two distros accessing the same data partitions.  I'm happy with it so far.

Thanks - i was talking about the basic 13.3" machine. 8 gig ram and 256SSD i believe i5 chip.
