grape harvest done and winemaking has started...

phew - what a weird freakin years some grapes super early and beautiful and lost to waiting for the rest to mature.  side vineyard was so-so and the top was quite nice.

 

 

also fermenting with french oak and also rc-212 lalvin pinot noir yeast.  looks great and smells wonderful.  color is superb so far.  smells in my house - fermeneers are in my living room in front of the woodstove and the aroma is wow!!!!!!!!  also spaghetti sauce cooking in the background as usual....

 

 

all stuff documented in my hardbkooks as well as both thinkpad x series running bodhi in LO.

 

will press early next week or weekend if i can/have to - storms all days so that is crazy!!!!!
