Where are the images located? local hard drive? network drive? separate partition? I'm asking because I installed mirage on a clean install , and am trying to duplicate the issue. Also just for kicks what does pcmanfm say the file permissions are?

Files are both on local and network drive. Same partition. View: Only owner / Change: Nobody / Execute: Nobody

On a local drive, mimicking your file permissions, I could not duplicate the issue.

No clue really, I am now using ephoto with no issues so my problem is solved, the Mirage issue seems to be specific to my system.

Uninstalled and reinstalled Mirage and now it works on local drives but not network drives.
