not sure but seems like you are making things more complex or worrying about stuff that is not important at this stage for your install.

That number is nothing to be worried about. Mine has > 200.000.
The BodhiLinux ISO is created using a virtual machine. That is an isolated OS within the OS the user is working with on his computer. Most developers use this to keep their working computer clean. That does not mean that you have guest-accounts on your computer.
Because of this a few virtualbox guest tools are installed within Bodhi. They cause no harm and cost no resources and very little space on disk, but they come in handy if you ever decide to install virtualbox and use it in the future
In my opinion, if I ever decide to install virtualbox these packages should be installed a that moment, but not earlier!
So, I cannot see the reason for installation any packages to support of the potential, hipotetical "future installation". It's abuse.Go to the full post
