Use the "install now" button. This button uses apt-get and directly interfaces with Bodhi's package manager - it does not require this extra 3rd party server that BOD files need (BOD downloads are also only intended for offline systems).

A big thank you to everyone who contributes to Bodhi Linux

A few general question related to the upgrade.

If after the last upgrade, in foreseeing of which no backup had been made, the system is unstable, is there something to do besides reinstalling?

The problem is coming from E17, does it ease the potential debugging?

Version-wise, is an upgrade more likely to be buggy than a fresh install? (some problems might occur from configuration files maybe? the tiling mode being by far the less stable...)

Thanks!

Upgrades should be the same as clean installs. If you are having stability issues open a support request thread.

We test updates before they come out of the testing repo - so if you are seeing stability issues you are likely the exception not the rule.
