Hi, I've been using Bodhi for some months now, and I must say I think it's great. I was using Ubuntu before, but didn't like how customisation seemed to be restricted more and more with each upgrade, and system requirements getting higher. Now, I'm a fairly newbie user (not an absolute beginner, but not that far away), so forgive me if my question is rather dumb.

I've found that a good way to change from English to Spanish keyboard layout is using Lxkeymap. It works for me perfectly. However, each time I need to use it, I have to open the app, look for my other layout, choose it, etc. I was hoping someone would know how to make a keyboard shortcut (like for example pressing ctrl+shift+s) that would change my keyboard layout directly. (So I can change back and forth easily between 2 layouts).

I hope something like that is possible...

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the boards!

There are no dumb questions, only dumb answers.

This wiki is about toggeling between keyboard layouts. I never used it myself, so I hope it works for you.
