I went with BaggyPants this week, I love the playful and sort of abstract design and composition! :)

Never mind the bird, but LKJ in full color deserves my vote. It is quite rare, if I remember well.

Random idea, which is maybe posted in wrong place:
Maybe there is possibility to add date from XX and until XX, I am talking about from what date to which date, desktop were selected. It sound much nicer week #XX, but it does not tell my anything... I am not suggesting to change title of topic, but only add this information in to, above nominations.
So we could filter search and look, what desktop were then uploaded.
This idea is not for biting Jeff that he maybe selected not the best (as someone already complained), but for just seeing, and maybe looking forward to your uploaded desktop, when it should by expected, if selected

PS: I got lost in decisions, same idea: BodhiSept and Lostbumpkin. Decorated room. Vote goes to LKJ, you know why

How can I enter the desktop of the week contest? Should I post a screen here or in the "share your desktop topic"?

By the way, I voted LKJ.Beautiful desktop.

In "Share your desktop" then wait. Because event uses quite a time uploaded desktops. Now it is from THIS, it will need some time it reaches newest. So just upload it there, and wait.

Hello Vaidotas, I just posted mine there, but it's not showing. I don't know if I only have clicked in preview or if it was posted and then deleted for some reason. I'll try again. Thanx :D

You posted it in "Desktop of thee Week #32" and that is WRONG place.
You also posted it in "Share your Desktop". It is good place, and visible also.

I just saw that now and I already edited the post there to remove the screenshot. Sorry about that :)

Just as a heads up I keep a 3-4 week backlog on DotW entries. Look for yours in the next month or so :)

I go with LostBumpkin this time.
Very clever placement of widget, putting things on background shelf for blending feel. Very cool

They're all good. At first baggypants's one struck me as having a very fitting colour scheme and being very Bodhi-esque. I've got a similar scheme going at the moment. Then I saw and liked BodhiSept's "room" approach. But in the end, I went with Lostbumpkin for the clean look and clever shelf placement . . . on a shelf. It would be cool to put an actual media player over the TV (I assume that it's currently just an image.)

All great as usual. I was between BodhiSept and Lostbumpkin because of their cleaver placement of app icons in the picture, and ended up voting for Lostbumpkin.
