I'm able to boot the liveSD version, but I'm not having any luck with the sdd installer, the same SD card as I'd used for the Live image, but it will not boot :(

I am using the 921M Oct 16 18:30 bodhi-smartbook-ssdinstaller-20121016.img.tar.gz; I have unpacked this into the img file and then use the unetbootin to select the img, set it as ISO and install as a USB to /dev/sdb1, which is a FAT16 partition; the genesi ignores the card and boots normally to ubuntu.

I also tried using sudo dd if=bodhi-smartbook-ssdinstaller-20121016.img of=/dev/sdb bs=1024

is there something I should be doing that I'm not?

I spoke too soon on that one: I did a cold restart on the card again and it ran thought the installation without incident, and boots up nicely to Bodhi now!
