Currently trying to talk the wife into letting me get one of the shirts and a hat lol. Not going so well right now. I'd be interested in getting a coffee cup at some point as well.

.

Heh! I just went ahead and ordered the shirt and the stickers.... Which have arrived! Thanks Kristi!:D
A wise boss once explained to us (in a work context) that it is much easier to obtain forgiveness than permission.
He was right!
.
And now our hardware is bedecked with Bodhi goodness - and my wife commented on my smart new T-shirt, which is a first, almost!
It is deemed good for entertaining our best guests, unlike my 'Hack this!" shirt.
.
Seriously, Bodhi's all-encompassing graphic excellence is a major plus - well done folks!

How long do the stickers usually take to ship and arrive?

Little over a month when you live in Holland and buy usb sticks and a tablet to go with that shipment. Actually getting overseas takes no time at all. Once here, it gets held up by customs, molested, checked for narcotics, molested again, valued, slapped with an import and storage fee and then sent to the post office. After which it finally arrives at my home and I have to pay 66 euros to get it, DAMN YOU CUSTOMS!

What I am saying here is, Dutch customs suck. Shipping in the US wouldn't be very long. Kristi is pretty fast mailing it, so about the same time it takes a letter to get to you.

I was watching a show on TV and they were talking about Dutch customs. Can't remember which but it wasn't favorable lol.

I ordered on the 21st and still haven't gotten it. Not upset. Just wondering if maybe it got lost in the mail somewhere. I am a very patient person and I hate to complain so when it gets here it gets here :) Can't wait to show off the 'Powered By Bodhi Linux' stickers on my laptop for the public to see!

Drop an email to kristi at bodhilinux dot com to find out if your sticker order went out already, normally we ship them out within 3-4 days and then it just takes the mail system however long.

Will do.

I just don't want to come across as unhappy or impatient. Just curious.

+1 on the coolness of the stickers, maybe I'll even be able to place a machine I built with somebody and work on making them a convert - I think there's enough people with that kind of spiritual identity here in Northern California for the name to be enough of a sell.. (in a non-pushy way of course) Would love to see graphics on the hat and something saying what it is on the shirt to spread the word.

Just ordered the Bodhi Linux shirt. Do you guys plan on expanding the shirt choices?

We do eventually - we wanted to wait and see if these shirts where of a good enough quality before investing more time in them.

Thankfully, they appear to be of great quality - I've been wearing mine as often as possible and it still looks brand new after nearly two months. Expect a post here when we expand the selections.

Thehehe - someday if we get a reasonably priced tablet hardware that functions well with Bodhi there might be :D

I sold Aeonius one of the spare pieces of hardware I had laying around the house.

What about bumper stickers or magnets? In terms of visibility apparel is really fairly limited, many of us have a dress code for work but our cars are always out there.. Could be very minimal and the curious can just look it up, or maybe something like "Bodhi Linux - Computing with Enlightenment" ?

I really like the bumper sticker idea, but keep in mind Bodhi has to order in bulk and pay for them before users can buy them, so if they aren't all sold, Bodhi will lose money. This is why the ammount of goodies you can get is limited. I however am sure that as Bodhi's community grows, the number of different goodies will increase.

You can make a custom design on Cafepress without buying a bulk inventory thought right? I suppose it may not be cost effective in terms of sales though.

A coffee cup is what I am most interested in. At one point I was going to get a generic Linux cup but figured I would wait until I can get a Bodhi specific coffee up. :)
