I've been the guide to Enlightenment and it mentions a favorites menu:
...the menu displayed by right clicking on an unoccupied spot on the desktop is the Favorites Menu.
when I right click on the dekstop nothing happens. How do you get the right click option to work?

You need to have applications in your favorites menu. BY default this menu is empty.
One way to add an app to this menu is to open the application and right click the apps icon in the top left hand corner. Choose the apps name and then Add to favorites menu.
This info is somewhere in the e17 guide we wrote... i know cause if i remember correctly i wrote that part

Okay, that works. But suppose you want to "deactivate" the right click function how does one do that. I removed my favorites from the right click option. Now, when right clicking, it shows, "no applications". How do I get it to do nothing as before?
