Hello,

I have never used Terminology, and I like it a lot because it is so different and original. But one feature I am missing is drag and drop - a feature that most of the modern terminals have. Let's say, instead of typing the entire path to a file or folder, I should be able to just drag the file / folder and drop it into the terminal window. Is this something I need to activate, or does Terminology not have this feature yet?

Terminology is in development and lacks a good deal of features. The best place to request these is on the E mailing list.

Missing pasting using CTRL SHIFT V and copying along the same lines myself. I did notice rightclicking gives you a button option to do this... it's just not the same...

(Just moaning about it, that's all)

Yall should direct feature requests to the E team...

Or just reinstall LXTerminal.

Or switch to terminator, which is pretty awesome.

Also, tilda -- on every one of my machines.

F1 = tilda, ALT+F1 = terminator... sweetness...

Ditto, & it's one more click & one less usual & usefull (not only for me...) key binding :(

For the drag'n drop, it's incredible that in an OS where the terminal is so usefull, fast, ect..., it's not used to avoid typos for "noobs" & bad typer like me.

Remember that it worked on Windows (until Xp, after I don't know) :blink: :blink: :blink:

Terminator is the best terminal emulator I've found yet; I'm using terminology for the first time in 2.0 and it's ok- are there any docs/wiki pages about it yet?
