    Hello Jeff!
    I am new here, I just signed in to answer your question about conky and the temp.
    install lm-sensors, in a deb based type on terminal
    sudo apt-get install lm-sensors
    sudo sensors-detect
    answer yes to all questions
    load the modules at the end and restart your system.
    type sensors
    for temp1

    Need your help with CPUfreq on the 701 eeePC. Just tried to send a PM, but the forum gives me, "The member Jeff Schallenberg can not use the messaging system
