    Web Page Editor

I found seamonkey on Synaptic. It is strange that there's nothing listed on the Appcenter.

    Web Page Editor

I have recently done an update. to 3.1.1 from 2.something. Is there a Web Page editor hiding in the Appcenter. Komposer was there before, so why is it gone for version 3.1.1? I have got a Tarball of Komposer. If there isn't an easier way I may just need the Idiots Guide to extracting and making a working installation from Komposer.tar.gz .
  3. I have opened the file in Terminology using 'sudo nano & then the file path: /ib/udev/rules.d/50-udev-default.rules This is in order to use a configuration utility for a #16 keychain DVR camera. # 'libusb' device nodes SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}=="usb_device", MODE="0664" SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ENV{DEVTYPE}=="usb_device", IMPORT{builtin}="usb_id" I amend the 0664 to read 0666 in order that the camera can be detected. When I exited I note the original file is not saved or over-written as expected. I see the amended file has appeared as "50-udev-default.rules.save.1". Why is this, when the original file has to be amended?

    Mixer default sound card setting

I have a problem with sound cards too........ The motherboard of my desktop PC has its own basic sound device. There is also a proper soundcard in a PCI slot (C-Media 8738). I want to disable the motherboard sound device or set the default permanently to the C-Media soundcard. Mixer has no apparent ability to re-set the default device.
