Keyboard Module not Loading

Question

Hi

My mother in law wants to write in Bulgarian letters but I am unable to switch the keyboard layout.

From prior experience with enlightenment, I figured there should be a module for that but I found none.

I installed the moksha-keyboard package and now there is a keyboard module but if I try to load it Mokscha enters presentation mode and doesn't load the module.

I saw there is also a moksha-keyboard-fix package and installed this first but purged it again after it didn't help the situation.

Thanks for any help

Hello

Did you follow my post and method step by step carefully? There are many users which followed it and successfully made it work. Unfortunately there are some users which referred it did not work. I am not sure what was wrong but anyway there are more possible solutions for your problem.

1. give a try my method once again carefully http://forums.bodhilinux.com/index.php?/topic/13011-keyboard-module-fixed-version/

2. use Jeff's method using swami-control

3. use setxkbmap command in terminal to switch map layout

4. go and try to find another solution on our Wiki page.

I am persuaded you will find one of them working :)

PS: Welcome on the board
