Apps that go in the "other" folder loose their submenus

I understand that as structured in Enlightenment, Wine menu and submenus are not going to be independent, but part of the "Other" folder in menu. But, is there a way for these apps to keep their submenus? My "other" folder is just a mess of Wine apps, and every other app (like chromium apps, or Synaptic) and the only way were this reverted (so to speak) is restarting Moshka.

Do I have to edit the Desktop file for every one of these apps in the "Other" folder to do it?
